Super cool hotel representing W brand very well, staff were very friendly and efficient

The room and facilities are great, couldn't ask for anything more. It was convenient to walk through the (air-conditioned) Sathorn Square building to reach Chong Nonsi BTS station and having a 7/11 closeby. It was always easy to get a Grab/taxi directly to/from the hotel (other locations in Bangkok can sometimes be gridlocked with traffic).

My family and I had a bad experience at a previous hotel in the area. We decided to go with the W for the second part of our trip. Crystal, the front desk manager, I think, greeted us and made the entire stay pleasant. She gave our daughter special amenities too! We reserved a ride back to the airport at the end of the trip. We forgot our passports so the staff immediately reacted and drove the passports to us at the airport. Natti (sp?) waited with us the entire time at the airport until we were through security.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the W Hotel in Bangkok, and I can confidently say it was an unforgettable experience. One of the standout features of my stay was the twice-daily room cleaning service, which kept my space immaculate and inviting. Each day, I was provided with high-quality essentials, ensuring I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The “Whatever/Whenever” service truly lives up to its name, with staff available 24/7 to cater to any request, big or small. The combination of exceptional service, luxurious amenities, and a vibrant atmosphere made my stay at the W Hotel genuinely relaxing and memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a top-notch experience in Bangkok!

W Bangkok delivers well on its promise in many ways. The rooms are incredibly comfortable, with a stylish design that feels true to the W brand. The food, especially at the Japanese restaurant, is excellent, and the gym and pool are perfect for relaxing or staying active during your stay. Overall, it’s still a great place to stay, but some updates and attention to details like this would help the hotel fully live up to its reputation.

The room was very nice and modern. Very comfortable and stylish, with lots of mirrors and a glass wall between the bedroom and bathroom. Most of all I liked the employees of the hotel. Everyone is so polite and helpful, always ready to answer all questions. I had several requests prior to arrival. And all of them were fulfilled. And on my last night, I returned to the room to find a beautiful dessert provided as a good bye gift by the hotel. I was very impressed. Thank you.

It’s in the Sathorn area and around 5 mins walk to the nearest BTS called Saint Louis. There are some good bars and eateries around the area and a plus point is that Healthland Sathorn is around the corner 350m away. Staff were professional and very helpful. The room stylist was attentive and gave us more bottled water. We were there for our wedding anniversary and the hotel prepared cupcakes, balloons and a card for us. It made our trip very memorable. The house on Sathorn was just at the property with a choice of high tea or dinner.
