Amazing room at this beautiful property and probably one of the best breakfasts buffets I’ve experienced! Not only a great selection of food but presented so elegantly. The staff was amazing and so very accommodating. The beds and pillows are heavenly. You can’t find much better than this! Great location to the Sky Train where you can really get around in Bangkok.

The service of the staff in the hotel was exceptional! Especially Mr. Boo who never fails to make guests feel comfortable and like a long-lost friend. It's also a smart hotel that has a central console that could control A/C, lights, DND, alarms etc. Not forgetting how the bed and pillows engulf you into the bed, making it so difficult to leave the hotel room. I'll definitely return!

I loved everything about this place. It’s definitely worth the splurge. Artsy and modern, this hotel lives up to its name and hype. The room had an amazing view, was beautiful and very efficient and the bed and bedding was to die for… I honestly think that it was the best that I’ve every had.

Friendly and very detailed employees in W. It was always the exceptional services which I adored very much. Crystal at front desk was friendly and she spotted us to do check out at the far end. Aside of that she is also helpful to by recommending us on the time to leave the city to airport. Thanks Crystal :) The breakfast is still so good! I choose to stay in W again because of the breakfast that I love so much! Each of the selection was spot on especially the cheese board corner that I love it very much! Thank you to the W kitchen team!

The room itself was exceptional, the presentation was above average. The bathroom showed attention to detail. Breakfast was nice every time.

Funky and fun hotel. Staff were friendly and very keen to help. Offered a late checkout at no cost. Bed was huge and very comfortable. Large and comprehensive breakfast. Large clean gym.

I was with my wife at the lobby bar ( W Hotel Bangkok) and she was a great host, ( Nesa is her name ), cared to attend to our table and gave us all the information about the discount we can have, plus very friendly and professional that made our night very nice spent.

Super friendly staff. Beautiful and stylish hotel. Excellent location. Breakfast was amazing! The Bar at House of Sathorn was a fun and classy experience. Attention to detail and nice touches as you would expect forom this caliber of hotel. Great overall experience.
